Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These terms of use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the platform operator Bluenex s.r.o., registered office Praha, Česká republika, ID No. 00000000 (the "Operator"), and users of the Bluenex platform.

2. Definitions

• Customer — a user who requests services.
• Provider — a user who offers services (an individual or a company).

3. Role of the operator

The Operator acts as an intermediary between Customers and Providers. It is not a party to the service contract and is not responsible for service quality.

4. Registration and account

By registering, the user confirms they are over 18 and that the information provided is truthful. Users must keep their credentials secure.

5. User obligations

Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with the law and not to misuse it.

6. Payments

Where the Platform facilitates payment, the payment gateway's terms apply. Fees are shown in advance.

7. Liability

The Operator is not liable for damages arising from the relationship between the Customer and the Provider, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. The Operator may restrict access in case of a breach of these Terms.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. We will inform users of material changes and request fresh consent where required.
